
ELLICOTT CITY, MD – Ben Hightower, decorated 20-year Navy veteran and candidate for Maryland State Senate District 9, is attending SpringFest on Saturday, April 18th in Old Ellicott City, joining thousands of Howard County residents in celebrating Earth Day along historic Main Street. The free, family-friendly festival runs from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Howard County Welcome Center, 8267 Main St, Ellicott City.

SpringFest, organized by the Ellicott City Partnership, features two live music stages running all day, a vendor village with local artisan and food vendors, family activities, and local nonprofits sharing ways to get involved in environmental stewardship.
